This sensational 18yr old from Tassie will never disappoint. Distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2018, this is a super rare and highly collectable bottle. HH0310 yielded only 161 bottles and they all sold out extremely quick. Filled on the 19th May 2000 and decanted on the 4th of December 2018 for a maturation of eighteen years and six months. After such a long maturation, this 200-litre American oak ex-bourbon cask yielded only 161 bottles at 48%. As one of the oldest Australian single malt whiskies ever released, this bottling is a true piece of whisky history and has incredible texture, complexity and length of palate. Each bottle comes in a unique, hand made, solid oak presentation box, and includes a letter of authenticity signed by the Head Distiller of Sullivans Cove.
